The little details
Earning points & returns
You earn 1 point for each whole £1 of eligible product spending after discounts, including sale items. Delivery charges and gift card purchases do not earn points.
Points are added after payment and adjusted if an order is refunded or cancelled. If you have already used those points, your balance can fall below zero and future spending will bring it back up.
Your previous orders
Yes. Previous eligible purchases linked to your Shopify customer account count towards your points, after refunds. Your tier uses spending from the past 12 months. Sign in with the email you used at checkout.
Your email subscriber bonus
Existing and new email subscribers receive 10 points once per person.
Joining the club does not subscribe you to marketing emails, and unsubscribing does not remove your club membership.
Using your £5 reward
Exchange 100 points for a £5 reward on a basket of £50 or more. Rewards can be used on sale products, but cannot be combined with other discount codes.
Each reward is for your account and can be used once. Your points are deducted when your reward code is issued.
Your birthday treat
Close Friends and Inner Circle can claim a personal, single-use 25% discount during the seven days beginning on their birthday.
Add your birthday in your club account. Your qualifying tier is checked when you claim. Sale products are included; the reward cannot be combined with other discounts.
February 29 birthdays are celebrated on February 28 in non-leap years.
Moving between tiers
The Club is yours when you join. Spend £300 over the past 12 months to become Close Friends, or £600 to reach Inner Circle.
Tiers are recalculated as purchases fall outside that period or are refunded. Your email bonus and redeemed rewards do not affect your tier.
