DELIVERY:
UK DELIVERY INFO:
At this moment in time we offer two delivery services Royal Mail Tracked 24hrs (2-3 days), and Royal Mail Tracked (3-5 days). You can track your delivery by clicking here.
The above times are estimates, and sometimes deliveries may take longer. Please note, working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.
Please note that during busier periods such as sales and new launches, it can sometimes take up to five working days for your order to be dispatched based upon your chosen delivery.

EU DELIVERY INFO:
Orders will be Shipped from Monday to Saturday and can take anywhere between 2 - 11 working days, as at the moment we are unable to offer express delivery due to restrictions. And please take note that any duties and customs, as a customer you will be liable to pay these and know your countries charges.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY INFO:
Orders will be shipped from Monday to Saturday and can take anywhere between 3 - 17 working days. Please take note that any taxes will be calculated upon check out, and as a customer you will be liable to pay any customs and duties upon delivery depending on your countries charges. Please take caution especially when purchasing from the US.
If you have made a mistake on your order whether that be postal address or contact details, these details can be changed if requested within 24hrs by emailing customerservice@girl-uniform.com

You have 14 days to raise a return request from the date your order was fulfilled.
We allow for all shipments to arrive back at our warehouse within 21 days from the date of order completion, allowing a further 7 days for shipping.
We offer a returns label at a deduction of £5.75 out of your total refund, this is a return and processing fee to help us with the completion of your return.
Products must be unworn, undamaged and unwashed with all tags still attached. Please ensure that you keep all original packaging to ensure we are able to process your return for a refund.

We aren’t able to currently offer free returns, so please take note when purchasing with us. YOU MUST still file a returns with us though, so we know to expect your order back with us and correctly file your return and refund. To do so, please send your returns back to us at:
