Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY:
At this moment in time we offer two delivery services Royal Mail Tracked 24hrs (2-3 days), and Royal Mail Tracked (3-5 days). Please note that for this collection all deliveries will be shipped from the 3rd of May and be mindful of any bank holidays, we aim to have your Girl Uniform with you as quickly as possible. The above times are estimates, and sometimes deliveries may take longer. Please note, working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.
 
Please note that during busier periods such as sales, it can sometimes take up to five working days for your order to be dispatched. Delivery times may take longer around UK bank holidays and public holidays.

RETURNS:

You have 14 days to raise a return request from the date your order was fulfilled.
We allow for all shipments to arrive back at our warehouse within 21 days from the date of order completion, allowing a further 7 days for shipping.
Products must be unworn, undamaged and unwashed with all tags still attached. Please ensure that you keep all original packaging to ensure we are able to process your return for a refund.
