For any orders placed in December, please note that our standard 14-day returns policy (from the date you receive your order) still applies for full refunds. However, throughout December we’re extending our exchange window: you’ll be able to exchange sizes up until 3rd January.

Please be aware that delivery times may vary during the busy festive period, so keep this in mind when tracking your order. Our customer service team will also be experiencing a higher volume of enquiries, so please allow 3–4 days for a response.

If you’re purchasing Christmas gifts, our fulfilment centre will close on 23rd December, so we recommend placing orders before this date. Next Day Delivery will continue to operate, subject to courier capacity and any seasonal delays.
